Chanel Fakhouri is an associate at Gutnicki LLP whose practice concentrates on transactional and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Gutnicki LLP, Chanel Fakhouri served as In-House Counsel for a healthcare facility where she concentrated on state and federal health regulations, governmental investigations, and litigation matters. Chanel also has experience representing clients involving the False Claims Act, consumer fraud, subpoena responses, licensing, insurance and governmental payor audits, and investigations by the Department of Health and Human Services.
