Judy B. Oppenheim
Ms. Oppenheim currently practices in the area of multifamily housing and health care projects representing lenders and owners in the acquisition, financing and refinancing of FHA/HUD insured projects.
She has extensive experience in the area of commercial real estate with an emphasis on sales and acquisitions and commercial lending. Ms. Oppenheim has represented institutional lenders in loans and loan workouts, developers and investors in the sale and purchase of commercial real estate, and landlords and tenants in the leasing and operation of retail and shopping center properties.
Prior to joining Gutnicki LLP, Ms. Oppenheim practiced law at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP as a member of the Business Transaction Department, where she specialized in commercial real estate; Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP where she was a member of the Real Estate Department; and served as in-house counsel for a Real Estate Development Company.
Ms. Oppenheim graduated cum laude, from Macalester College. She attended Chicago-Kent College of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Society before receiving a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
