Abraham A. Gutnicki is the founder of Gutnicki LLP. Under Mr. Gutnicki’s guidance, Gutnicki LLP has grown from a small boutique law practice to a full-service firm servicing clients throughout the United States in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters.

Mr. Gutnicki’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, finance, venture capital and private equity transactions in a wide variety of industries, and a particular expertise in the health care industry. Mr. Gutnicki’s clients range from family-owned businesses to large institutional organizations, including real estate ventures, long term care chain organizations, institutional investors, national banking institutions and commercial lenders, including lenders approved to participate in loans that are credit enhanced by U.S. government insurance programs such as HUD.

Mr. Gutnicki also advises many health care clients on fraud and abuse, anti-kickback and self-referral prohibitions, corporate practice of medicine, fee splitting, compliance, privacy, HIPAA, false claims, and other health care regulatory issues.

Mr. Gutnicki has a B.A. from Touro College and a J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
