David graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2022.

Prior to joining Gutnicki LLP, David acted as Corporate Counsel for a construction company specializing in residential developments and large-scale commercial remodeling, gaining experience in real estate finance and transactions.

While attending law school, David clerked for a prominent personal injury and workers’ compensation firm and a family law firm specializing in complex divorce proceedings.

Before pursuing his legal career, David earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Psychology from Roosevelt University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

David is an associate at Gutnicki LLP whose practice consists of transactional and commercial litigation matters.
