Jasmine Bouche is an Associate whose practice consists of both litigation and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Gutnicki LLP, Jasmine earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2020, where she graduated cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor, with a concentration in Health Law and Bioethics, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2024.

At the University of Minnesota Law School, Jasmine was an honorary recipient of the Taft Stettinius & Hollister full tuition merit scholarship and was on the “A” Dean’s List. She served as Co-President and Events Coordinator of the Health Law and Bioethics Association, as a Peer Mentor for the Minnesota Law L.L.M. Program, and as a Legal Research Fellow at the Shen Neurolaw Lab. Jasmine also completed a partial L.L.M. in international and European Union law through an exchange with University College Dublin’s Sutherland School of Law.

Jasmine gained valuable legal experience working as a certified student lawyer for Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid’s Healthcare Legal Partnership with Children’s Hospital Minnesota, clerking in the legal notice department of USA Today, and externing in-house at a national financial services and investment firm. She has experience working at law firms across the country, including in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, California, and Indiana.

Experience
Corporate/Transactional:

• Represented seller/operator in the sale and transfer of operations of $100 million portfolio of 12 healthcare facilities.

• Represented borrower in a $50 million loan refinancing of four healthcare facilities.

Litigation:

• Successfully negotiated favorable six figure settlement for physician-client against large California healthcare system pursuant to Cal. Health & Saf. Code §1278.5’s whistleblower protection laws.*
