Ren-Ann is an associate in the firm’s bankruptcy and restructuring practice, and focuses her practice on complex chapter 11 cases, subchapter V cases, and workouts throughout the United States. She has experience representing debtors, creditors, as well as plan administrators in connection with contested matters in federal bankruptcy cases, and additionally has worked on chapter 9 cases, adversary proceedings, and fraudulent transfer and preference litigation.

Prior to joining Gutnicki LLP, Ren-Ann was a corporate mergers and acquisitions associate at a large global law firm, where she focused her practice on the representation of corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private investments and restructuring, and general corporate matters across a broad range of industries.
