Sierra Fridelle is an associate whose practice is concentrated in commercial transactions, including acquisition and financing. She has experience representing lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, and sellers and purchasers of commercial and residential real estate and businesses. Sierra’s practice includes financing transactions insured by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), including portfolios involving Master Leases and Accounts Receivable Financing. During her time at Gutnicki, her experience includes representation across multiple states, with values ranging up to the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Sierra Fridelle received a B.A. from the University of Alabama in 2017 and a J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2020. During her time in law school, Sierra worked at a small residential real estate firm.
